-We believe our source and ultimate happiness are not measured
by the sum of our possessions, but in the quality and depth of our
relationship with God and others. Our success as an organization depends upon
our care and love for one another. We are committed to each other with a bond
of true friendship and loyalty. Through our commitment to one another, we
become capable of reaching out to those in need. We recognize that by being
one in purpose, we can accomplish great things together.
It is our purpose to show others that teens can make a
difference when integrity compassion and commitment become the standard.
Through the example we set we hope to motivate others to reach out and make a
difference in their families and communities.
It is our mission to get involved. When we see hunger,
loneliness, prejudice, health problems, lack of shelter and lack of
self-esteem, we will reach out to those who suffer and share the blessings God
has provided us. We will pursue compassion with a passion in all we do, and
leave to those teens who follow in our footsteps a model of Christian charity.
By leaving them a legacy of caring for others, we will live out and
characterize our name, "eye of the storm."
